Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Inspection Specialist to manage and execute quality inspections across EPC and LNG Tank Terminal projects. The Inspection Specialist will be responsible for field and vendor inspections, quality  verification, documentation review, and compliance management to ensure all equipment, materials, and construction works meet project specifications and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute inspection activities for equipment, materials, and construction 
    works
  • Perform vendor shop inspections, FAT/SAT, and site quality inspection
  • Review and verify compliance with drawings, standards, specifications, and ITP (Inspection & Test Plan)
  • Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and corrective action follow-up
  • Manage QA/QC documentation including certificates, test reports, and material 
    traceability
  • Coordinate effectively with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
  • Interface with third-party inspectors, clients, and regulatory authorities
  • Ensure timely inspection schedules to support project milestones

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of inspection or QA/QC experience in EPC or industrial projects
  • Understanding of inspection procedures, mechanical equipment, codes & standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Basic ability to read engineering drawings
