Key Responsibilities
- Support overall HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee transfers, promotions, and offboarding
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation and support HR data management and reporting
- Support attendance, leave, overtime, timesheet, payroll, and employee benefits administration
- Assist with performance management, compensation review, and other HR programs
- Respond to employee inquiries and support the implementation of HR policies and internal communications
- Support HR administration for overseas projects, expatriates, and foreign employees
- Coordinate with internal departments, overseas project sites, and external service providers on HR-related matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or expected graduation) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or general administration
- Experience using HRIS, ERP, ATS, or other HR-related systems
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with HR data
- Overseas study, internship, or international project experience
- Interest in LNG, EPC, engineering, or global project-based industries
