Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for mechanical materials and equipment by project
• Request quotations and conduct price negotiations for mechanical items
• Register, evaluate, and manage suppliers and subcontractors
• Execute contracts and manage delivery schedules
• Verify quality standards and technical specifications of purchased items
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal engineering, design, and construction teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Fundamental understanding of mechanical components and equipment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Duzon, etc.)
• Experience in mechanical procurement within plant, EPC, or engineering industries
• Possession of relevant professional certifications (e.g., Engineer License)
• Ability to read and write professional English emails and documents
• Experience in international procurement
