Key Responsibilities

• Support overall finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, expense processing, and general accounting activities
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and preparation of financial reports
• Support cash flow management, treasury operations, payment processing, and banking-related activities
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
• Maintain financial records and supporting documentation and support finance data management and reporting
• Support project-related financial activities, including project cost tracking, budget monitoring, and financial reporting
• Assist with external audits, tax-related documentation, and internal control procedures
• Coordinate with internal departments, overseas project sites, financial institutions, auditors, and external service providers on finance-related matters

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or expected graduation) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information professionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project experience in Finance, Accounting, or related functions
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial statements
• Experience using ERP, accounting systems, or other finance-related systems
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with financial data
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in Accounting or Finance
• Overseas study, internship, or international project experience
• Interest in LNG, EPC, engineering, or global project-based industries
