Depending on your experience and strengths, opportunities may be available across Sales & Business Development, Commercial, and Business Operations functions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in LNG, energy infrastructure, and related markets
Build and maintain relationships with overseas clients, partners, and key stakeholders
Support business development activities for LNG terminals, pipelines, FSRU, LNG carrier conversion, and other energy infrastructure projects
Understand customer needs and coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to develop suitable business solutions
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials
Monitor market trends, competitors, potential projects, and business opportunities in target regions
Support commercial discussions and negotiations with customers and business partners
Represent GasEntec in client meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and other business development activities
Review and analyze tender documents, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), commercial requirements, and contractual conditions
Identify commercial, contractual, financial, and project-related risks during the bidding and proposal process
Support preparation and review of commercial proposals, bid submissions, pricing structures, and contractual terms
Participate in contract negotiations with clients, partners, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Review contractual obligations and coordinate with Legal, Finance, Engineering, Project Management, and other internal functions
Support assessment of payment terms, liabilities, guarantees, warranties, liquidated damages, and other key commercial conditions
Maintain commercial documentation and support contract administration throughout the project lifecycle
Support management in evaluating the commercial feasibility and risk profile of potential projects
Support the execution and coordination of business activities across Sales, Commercial, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, and other internal functions
Track key business activities, project opportunities, action items, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to support smooth business and project operations
Prepare management reports, business updates, presentations, and other operational materials
Support internal processes related to proposals, contracts, project handovers, approvals, and business documentation
Identify operational issues and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and execution
Maintain business data, project information, and documentation required for management decision-making
Support ad-hoc business initiatives and cross-functional projects as required
Bachelor's degree (or expected graduation) in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Engineering, Law, Finance, or a related field
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders in a global business environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, project-based environment
Strong sense of ownership, flexibility, and willingness to take initiative
Experience or internship in Sales, Business Development, Commercial, Contracts, Project Management, Operations, or related functions
Experience working with overseas clients, partners, or international projects
Knowledge of LNG, EPC, shipbuilding, offshore, energy infrastructure, or project-based industries
Experience reviewing tenders, commercial proposals, contracts, or project-related documentation
Basic understanding of contractual and legal concepts relevant to commercial transactions
Experience in contract negotiation, risk analysis, or commercial project management
Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
Overseas study, internship, or professional experience
Additional foreign-language capabilities
Interest in developing global LNG and next-generation energy businesses
