Responsibilities

• Operate and enhance enterprise-wide applications such as ERP and Project Management Systems
• Analyze business processes and develop automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Design, manage, and optimize reports and dashboards using BI platforms (e.g., Power BI)
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather requirements and implement system improvements
• Maintain application documentation, workflows, and training materials
• Provide technical support and guidance for application users across teams
• Lead or support information systems (IS) projects, including planning, design, implementation, and testing
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful delivery of IS initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in ERP operation or performing an IS project
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (RDBMS) such as Oracle, MSSQL, etc.
• Proven experience in using reporting tools and BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience in enterprise application operations and development (ERP, PM systems)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into system solutions
• Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
• Demonstrated experience in executing IS projects (e.g., system upgrades, process improvement initiatives, digital transformation)
• Effective communication skills for working with global teams; English fluency preferred

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SQL and experience in automation using scripts (e.g., Python, Power Automate)
• Experience working with cloud-based environments (Azure, AWS)
• Understanding of data integration and API-based connectivity
• Experience in multinational corporate environments or global system operations
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst, Oracle Certified Professional, PMP)
