Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules for EPC projects using Primavera P6.
  • Establish project baseline schedules, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up activities.
  • Monitor project progress against the approved baseline schedule and identify schedule deviations, delays, and potential risks.
  • Perform critical path analysis and evaluate schedule impacts arising from changes, delays, and project issues.
  • Prepare schedule forecasts, progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and other project planning reports.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project management teams to collect and validate schedule and progress information.
  • Monitor key project milestones and support the development of recovery and mitigation plans when required.
  • Support progress measurement, schedule control, and project performance analysis.
  • Prepare schedule-related reports and presentations for internal management, clients, and other project stakeholders.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide planning and scheduling updates to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Planning / Scheduling Engineer on EPC projects.
  • Hands-on experience in LNG-related projects is required.
  • Proven experience in EPC project planning and scheduling is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
  • Strong understanding of EPC project execution processes, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up phases.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining baseline schedules, progress updates, critical path analysis, and schedule forecasts.
  • Proficient in English business communication, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in LNG terminals, LNG FSRU (Floating Storage and Regasification Unit), LNG FPSO (Floating Production, Storage, and Offloading), LNG Carrier conversion, or other LNG-related projects.
  • Experience working with international clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Experience in schedule risk analysis, delay analysis, recovery scheduling, and progress measurement.
  • Experience with large-scale international EPC projects.
  • Proficiency in project reporting and data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
