Key Responsibilities
- Perform review for ITB and contract
- Prepare and review technical specifications, datasheets, requisitions, and vendor documents.
- Conduct technical bid evaluations (TBE) and technical clarifications with suppliers.
- Review P&IDs, PFDs, Plot Plan, Strength Calculation, GA drawings & detail drawings, 3D models, and related engineering documents.
- Coordinate with process, piping, electrical, instrumentation, structural, and project teams.
- Coordination with client / PMC (such as CRS response, etc.)
- Support FAT, inspection, commissioning, troubleshooting, and start-up activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable international codes, standards, and client specifications.

- Other Stationary equipment and related packages in LNG service
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in stationary equipment engineering for EPC, shipbuilding, offshore, or energy projects. Senior Engineer or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience in requisition, technical bid evaluation, vendor management, package engineering, and inter-discipline coordination.
- Familiarity with international codes and standards such as API, ISO, ASME, IEC, and Classification Society requirements.
- Working-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in LNG Carrier (LNGC), LNG FSRU(LNG Floating Storage and Regasification Unit), LNG FPSO (Floating Production, Storage, and Offloading), LNG terminals, or offshore projects.
- Experience with LNG Vaporizer, LNG Recondenser, LNG Storage Tank, GW/SW Heat Exchanger and auxiliary equipment for marine applications.
- Experience working with Classification Societies such as BV, LR, ABS, DNV, NK
- Experience in commissioning and start-up of stationary equipment and package.
- Knowledge of 3D model review and marine design tools is an advantage.
